Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the WeMicroSaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Marketplace Services
WeMicroSaaS provides a platform for developers to sell MicroSaaS tools and for businesses to discover and purchase these tools.
For Developers:
- You retain ownership of your intellectual property rights in your MicroSaaS tools
- You grant WeMicroSaaS a license to host, display, and distribute your tools
- You are responsible for ensuring your tools comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must disclose all material information about your tools, including limitations and security practices
- You agree to our revenue sharing model as described in our Developer Agreement
For Businesses:
- You receive a license to use purchased tools as specified in each tool's license terms
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any tool
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases
- You acknowledge that WeMicroSaaS is not responsible for the performance or content of third-party tools
Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach security
- Impersonating others or providing false information
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform
- Engaging in any automated use of the system
- Attempting to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access
- Selling or transferring your account
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WeMicroSaaS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WeMicroSaaS.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeMicroSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
