Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add my email signature to Gmail?
In Gmail, go to Settings (gear icon) → See all settings → General tab → Scroll to Signature → Click "Create new" → Paste your copied HTML signature → Save Changes.
How do I add my email signature to Outlook?
In Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → Give it a name → Paste your HTML signature → Click OK. For Outlook web, go to Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Paste signature.
Why does my signature look different in Outlook?
Outlook uses Microsoft Word's rendering engine which has limited CSS support. Our signatures use table-based HTML with inline styles specifically designed to work well in Outlook.
Can I include my company logo?
Yes! Upload your logo in PNG or JPG format (under 2MB). The logo is embedded as base64 data directly in the HTML, so it displays without needing external image hosting.
Are the signatures mobile-friendly?
Yes, our signature templates are designed to display well on mobile devices. You can preview how your signature looks on mobile using the Mobile preview mode.
